American Jesuits in the Philippines: A Century of Collaboration and Friendship

July 2020 marks the 100th anniversary of the arrival of American Jesuits in the Philippines. Thank you, East Coast Jesuits, for 100 years of service and collaboration, for helping us establish the Philippine Province and for providing a home for the Philippine Jesuit Foundation in New York.

There are 10 American Jesuits from the New York Province still in the Philippines. This includes the socius of the Philippine Province, Fr. William Abbott, SJ, and current and former PJF Board Members, Fr. Bill Kreutz, SJ and Fr. Herbert Schneider, SJ.
