It is now easier to fundraise for the Philippine Jesuit Foundation (PJF) and/or any of our beneficiaries through Facebook Fundraisers. Use the power of Facebook and your personal network to raise more funds! Donations to PJF are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
To create a fundraiser, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to our FB homepage.
2. If you’re on a computer, click the “Fundraisers” link on the left side menu.
If you’re on a mobile device, go to “Home” and scroll to the right side of your screen to get to the “Fundraisers” link.
3. Click “Raise Money“.
4. Edit the fundraiser details and include your specific beneficiary, if any (e.g. Ateneo de Manila, Lumad Scholarship, Sacred Heart Mission Station etc).
5. Indicate your goal amount.
6. Click “Create”.
7. Share the fundraiser on your FB wall or on Messenger.
PJF is a verified non-profit on Facebook (FB), so there are no credit card processing fees for all donations that we receive through FB. Facebook covers all fees for donations made on their site to verified charitable organizations.
However, please note that all donations are subject to PJF’s 7% service fee. The fee is our only source of funds to sustain the operations of PJF. Please click here for more information about the service fee.
