Fr. Louis Catalan, S.J. – President  
Fr. Louis is the current Treasurer of the Philippine Jesuit Province. He is concurrently the Administrator of the Jesuit Health and Wellness Center.  
Fr. Joseph Parkes, S.J. – Vice-President  
Fr. Joe is the Provincial Assistant for Secondary and Pre-Secondary Education for the Maryland and USA Northeast Provinces of the Society of Jesus. He is one of the founders and the previous President of the Cristo Rey New York High School (CRNYHS). He is also a former Provincial of the New York Province of the Society of Jesus and Chairman of the New York City Campaign Finance Board.   Early in his Jesuit years, Fr. Joe taught and held administrative roles at Ateneo de Manila High School in the Philippines.   He holds a B.A. in History and Philosophy from Fordham University, and an M.A. in History from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  
Ms. Fern L. Robles – Secretary (Ex-Oficio)
Ms. Robles is the current Executive Director of PJF. She owns a franchise of Cruise Planners, one of the leading travel franchise and host companies. She is a parent leader at her children’s schools and was a senior management consulting executive at The Hackett Group and Accenture prior to joining PJF on December 2013. She has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master of Industrial Relations and BS Psychology degrees from the University of the Philippines Diliman.  
Henry Schwalbenberg, PhD – Director and Treasurer  
Dr. Schwalbenberg is an Associate Professor of Economics and the Director of the Graduate Program in International Political Economy and Development (IPED) at Fordham University. He received his BS, MIA and PhD from Columbia University.  
Fr. Victor R. Salanga, S.J. – Assistant Treasurer
Fr. Vic is the Coordinator for PJF. He is a former President of the Loyola School of Theology (LST) and Socius (Executive Assistant) to former Provincial Fr. Danny Huang, S.J..  
Fr. Xavier Olin, S.J. – Director (Ex-Oficio)  
Fr. Xave is the current Provincial of the Philippine Jesuits. He assumed office on January 1, 2024. Fr. Xave, 49, obtained an A.B. in Literature from his hometown Jesuit school of Ateneo de Naga University in 1994. He entered the Society in 1997 and completed the S.T.B. and M.A. in Pastoral Ministry at Loyola School of Theology in 2008. That same year, he was ordained to the priesthood.

Fr. Xave has been assigned mostly to formation work. He was Province Vocations Director and Arvisu House Candidacy Director before being named Superior of the Jesuit Community of Xavier School. At Xavier School, he was Director of Campus Ministry. After his tertianship in Australia, he was assigned to San Jose Seminary and served as Director of its Spiritual Pastoral Formation Year program.

Prior to his appointment, he was the Rector of Loyola House of Studies, Province Delegate for Formation, and Executive Director of the Center for Ignatian Spirituality.
Fr. William Abbott, S.J. – Director  
Fr. Bill was the former Socius to 5 Provincials for 21 years .  
Fr. Jose Quilongquilong – Director (Ex-Oficio)
Fr. Joe is the Executive Director of the Philippine Jesuit Aid Association (PJAA), the development office of the Philippine Province. Fr. Joe holds a Doctorate and Licentiate in Theology from Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, Master of Arts in Theology from Ateneo de Manila University, Bachelor in Sacred Theology from Loyola School of Theology and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Xavier University.
